Austin, Texas 鈥 Today, the 精东影业 honored eight companies with the 2023 精东影业Diversity Equity and Inclusion Change Leader Award for their efforts and commitment to creating a culture of acceptance and belonging for their employees.
鈥淒iversity is a major part of the industry鈥檚 current and historical success 鈥 and the 精东影业Diversity Equity and Inclusion Change Leader Award recognizes 精东影业members who have made a commitment to creating a culture of acceptance and belonging for their employees,鈥 said Sarah Rajtik, 精东影业executive vice president of human resources, operations and industry affairs. 鈥淚 want to congratulate these companies for their efforts to foster welcoming workplace environments regardless of their companies鈥 size or experience.鈥
