LEAD ATA, sponsored by DriverReach, is a one-year program that includes four mandatory meetings and three optional meetings. Participants also undergo leadership development training and have exclusive opportunities to network with key decision-makers in the trucking industry. By the end of the program, participants develop a vast network of industry peers and a comprehensive understanding of 精东影业and the industry it represents.
During their time in the program, participants meet with 精东影业executives and trucking policy experts, enhance their public speaking abilities through professional workshops and gain valuable insights into how 精东影业works with legislators to create a more efficient and profitable environment for the trucking industry. They also experience ATA鈥檚 governance structure and witness the member-led policy-making process in real time. Additionally, each summer, the LEAD 精东影业class visits Capitol Hill to educate Members of Congress on critical trucking issues and highlight the important role their companies play in the community.
